Providing an essential utility service to the Indianapolis area is just the first step in enhancing the well-being of our neighborhoods and the people who live there. Citizens invests in the community – through philanthropy, volunteerism, advocacy, and collaborative efforts. Importantly, those community investment efforts are not funded with Citizens Energy Group customer funds.

Employees are encouraged to become involved in the community in ways that are meaningful to them. Whether it’s volunteering at a cherished non-profit organization, serving on a board, or taking part in a Citizens-sponsored event like Sharing the Dream or 10,000 Trees, when you join the Citizens team you have the opportunity to make a difference!
