Operations Training
The Citizens Energy Group entry-level Utility Helper training program and the Maintenance Relief Operator (MRO) Apprenticeship initiatives are designed to equip individuals with the fundamental skills, licensing, certifications, and knowledge needed to thrive in the utility sector. Through a blend of hands-on training and classroom learning, participants will gain proficiency in essential tasks centered around water and gas operational procedures.
In addition, by fostering a supportive learning environment and providing paid CDL training opportunities, defensive driving and other OSHA/safety training, we aim to empower each trainee to embark on a fulfilling career path within the utility industry.
Leadership Curriculum
Our foundational leadership curriculum includes nationally recognized programs such as: The Leadership Challenge, Situational Leadership II, Systems Thinking, and Everything DiSC.
