Warm Heart Warm Home Foundation™ is a local nonprofit that has provided financial assistance to thousands of Hoosiers and their families since it was established in 2003.

When combined with other forms of assistance, Warm Heart Warm Home grants can help customers maintain their utility service.

About Warm Heart Warm Home

Without essential utilities like water, sewer service, and heat, a house is just a temporary shelter. Citizens Energy Group makes bold efforts to improve processes and lower costs, but affordability issues can still pose a challenge to customers. The Warm Heart Warm Home Foundation™ provides vital assistance to individuals who just want to ensure their house stays a home. On behalf of the Foundation, thank you for making a big impact!

Citizens Energy Group’s Warm Heart Warm Home Foundation™ provides financial grants, utility line/appliance repair and/or replacement, energy management education, and case management to individuals and families throughout the greater Indianapolis metropolitan area experiencing short-and long-term economic hardship.

Approximately $870,000 in Warm Heart Warm Home financial assistance has been provided to more than 6,500 households in central Indiana in program year 2024.

Making a Donation

Citizens’ Warm Heart Warm Home Foundation™ is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. Contributions received are tax deductible and go directly to those who need it most. Citizens Energy Group will match donations up to a total of $50,000.

You can make a one-time donation to the Warm Heart Warm Home Foundation with your debit or credit card through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a donation. PayPal retains 2.2% + $0.30 of your donation to cover their fees.
