We evaluate all applications based on overall experience, education and skill. If your skills and experience match the criteria for the job, you may be contacted regarding next steps.

Unfortunately, due to the volume of applications we receive each day, we are unable to reach out personally to every applicant.


Some of our jobs require additional assessments. If this is a necessary step for your application process, a Citizens Energy Group recruiter will contact you with instructions.

Interview Process

The interview process may begin with a phone call or email notification. If it is determined that you are a potential match for the job, an interview may be scheduled. Your recruiter will guide you through the logistics of scheduling.

Selection Notification

A recruiter will notify you if you have been selected for the position. If you are not chosen, do not get discouraged. We may have a future opportunity at Citizens Energy Group that may be the right fit for you. Please continue to watch our website for openings and re-apply.

Pre-Employment Checks

As a condition of employment, you will be required to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and E-Verify. Your recruiter will provide further instruction and also inform you if there are additional position specific pre-employment checks.
