Combined Billing
In 2012, Citizens initiated a process to combine gas, water and wastewater (sewer) bills for services at the same location in Marion County. To date, the majority of our customers are now receiving one bill and in turn, making just one payment.
Some Citizens customers, however, are still receiving multiple bills. In order to correct this, we need to hear from you. If you're still receiving a separate gas, water or wastewater (sewer) bill, please fill out the form on this page.
Combining bills not only saves customers time, it also saves Citizens nearly $1 million annually. That savings is passed directly onto you through lower rates.
After submitting the Combined Bill Request Form, please allow up to 90 days for your bills to be combined.
