Most Common Cause: In homes with copper pipes, low concentrations of copper leaching can occur most commonly when electrical appliances are improperly grounded to household plumbing pipes. Recommended Action: In the case of improper grounding of appliance(s), please contact an electrical expert. If you suspect copper in the water, please open a case to have the water tested.
