Citizens Warm Heart Warm Home Foundation™ provides financial assistance to customers having difficulty paying their utility bills. When combined with other forms of assistance, Warm Heart Warm Home grants can help customers sustain their utility services and catch up on past due bills. To apply for assistance from Warm Heart Warm Home, please call (317) 924-3311.
You can help those in need by donating to the Warm Heart Warm Home Foundation. Citizens will match donations up to $50,000 to the foundation. Donations are tax deductible and all contributions will go directly to customers in need.
One-Time Donations
Warm Heart Warm Home Donation
You can make a one-time donation to the Warm Heart Warm Home Foundation with your debit or credit card through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a donation. PayPal retains 2.2% + $0.30 of your donation to cover their fees.
Pay Someone's Bill
Do you know someone struggling to pay their utility bills? You can make a one-time payment to their account by using the Gift option of EasyPay one-time bank transfer. Account number and service address required.
