Before You Start
We understand that the first days, weeks, and months of employment are filled with excitement, a wealth of information, and many questions. We are here to provide you with help and support. Please find listed below, information you will need in preparation for your first day of employment as well as items you will need to bring with you.

Payroll - You will fill out and set up your direct deposit accounts online thru our Oracle EBS Application after new hire orientation.

I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification - We are required to verify each employee’s eligibility to be employed in the United States at time of hire. Please review the list of acceptable documents to bring on your first day.

Health Insurance (Full-Time Employees only) - You have 30 days from your date of hire to select health insurance coverage. You will be provided instructions for enrollment during your New Hire Orientation. If you are covering dependents, you will need to provide supporting documentation, (i.e. marriage license for spouses and birth certificates for children) within 30 days of your hire date. Failure to provide supporting documentation may result in your spouse/dependents being removed from your plan(s).

401k - You may enroll at any time. Fidelity, our third party 401k administrator, will send you enrollment instructions within 30 days of hire.

Supplemental Life Insurance (Full-Time Employees only) - This benefit is available during open enrollment only. Open enrollment generally occurs during the month of November.
