Nichole C. Wilson

Vice President, Indiana University Health

Nichole Wilson, DPT, MBA, FACHE, is the vice president of Community Health Operations at IU Health. She is leading IU Health’s efforts to make Indiana a healthier state. Wilson and her team are focused on five key priorities: behavioral health, social determinants of health, infant and maternal fetal health, obesity and smoking cessation. Wilson is a board-certified Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and is a member of the National Association of Health Services Executives, Executive Women in Healthcare, the American Physical Therapy Association and the National Association of Parliamentarians. She also serves as a Corporate Director on the boards for AAA Hoosier Motor Club and Marquette Manor Senior Living (Retirement Living, Incorporated). A dedicated philanthropist, Wilson is involved with the board of Indianapolis Public Safety Foundation, the African American Legacy Fund of Indianapolis, the Madam Walker Legacy Center, the DePauw University Board of Visitors and the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Program. Wilson holds a bachelor’s degree in sport medicine from DePauw University, master’s and doctoral degrees in physical therapy from the University of Indianapolis and a master’s of business administration from Purdue University.
