Nichole C. Wilson

Vice President, Indiana University Health

Nichole Wilson is the vice president of Community Health Operations at Indiana University Health. She is leading IU Health’s efforts to make Indiana a healthier state. She is responsible for creating, launching and leading community-facing initiatives and investments that improve the health and wellbeing of the most vulnerable citizens in the state of Indiana. Her team’s work is focused on four clinical priorities: hypertension, infant and maternal health, smoking/tobacco cessation and social determinants of health. Wilson is a board-certified Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and is a member of the National Association of Health Services Executives, Executive Women in Healthcare, the American Physical Therapy Association and the National Association of Parliamentarians. She also serves as a Corporate Director on the boards for AAA Hoosier Motor Club, Citizen’s Energy Group and Marquette Senior Living (Retirement Living, Incorporated). A dedicated philanthropist, Wilson is involved with the board of Women’s Fund of Central Indiana (Chair), Madam Walker Legacy Center (Chair), Free Press Indiana, the DePauw University Board of Trustees, and the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Program. Wilson holds a bachelor’s degree in sport medicine from DePauw University, master’s and doctoral degrees in physical therapy from the University of Indianapolis and a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University.
