Retired Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, Eli Lilly and Co.

Anne Nobles retired from Eli Lilly and Company in December 2012 as the Senior VP, Enterprise Risk Management and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer.  She chaired the company's compliance committee and served on Lilly's executive committee, while working closely with the company's board of directors on compliance and enterprise risk management issues. 
Currently, Anne is a member and past chair of the board of directors of IU Health and co-chair of the Indianapolis Prize. She is a member and former chair of the board of trustees of the Indiana chapter of The Nature Conservancy and is a member of the Committee of 200.
