Temporary Hydrant Meter Readings

Consistent with the terms of the temporary hydrant meter contract, this form shall be completed and submitted by the 5th of each following month. In accordance with the present rate schedule, a $25.00 per month non-reporting fee shall be assessed after the second month that the readings are not timely reported. Reading The Meter

Citizens billing needs the first 6 numbers from the meter for the previous and current reading. The final static zero is not needed.
