Citizens Energy Group will be charging Time and Materials for each gas service line termination.

Please follow the steps listed below if you require a CLEARANCE LETTER from Citizens Energy Group for to obtain permits for demolition. Click here for sanitary sewer disconnection. 

Do not follow this process if you need to relocate a gas meter or if you choose to have gas service removed. For these requests, please Contact Us.

All services must be turned off, we will not be able to process the demolition request if services are on.
