Life at Citizens begins with our customers. Serving our customers requires a diverse team of individuals, whether it starts with a call to customer service or a visit from one of our field employees. We provide safe and reliable water, wastewater, and natural gas services, and we assist commercial customers with heating and cooling through our thermal utility. We also work to support our community through improvement projects such as Sharing the Dream and assistance programs for families and individuals faced with financial hardships.
