If you are registered for My Account, you can set your preferences and sign up for our easy, hassle-free bill pay services:

Budget Billing:

Eliminate fluctuating amounts on your monthly bill. With Budget Billing, your winter heating bills are spread out over the course of the year. This means no billing surprises because your budget amount due stays the same every month.

  • Your budget amount will be adjusted every year, based on the previous 13 months of usage. And there is never a year-end “true up” payment if you exceed your annual budget.
  • Customers must meet certain criteria to qualify for Budget Billing.

Paperless Billing:

Save trees and space in your mailbox! With paperless billing, you will receive an online statement and customizable account reminders through your My Account dashboard.

  • Choose how you receive your bill: email or through My Account alerts.
  • Do your part to make the world a greener place by reducing paper usage and ultimately preserving trees.

Auto Pay:

Avoid late fees for good! Set up automatic bill payments to Citizens from your checking or savings account at no additional charge, and stop worrying about the due date.

  • Payments are sent directly from your checking or savings account.
  • Never miss another payment.
  • Pays your amount due in full. Not available for accounts with special payment arrangements.

Alerts & Notifications:

Sign up for automated email, text message or voice alerts to get the most current information related to your account, including:

  • Billing reminders to let you know your new bill is available, when payment is due and confirm the transaction has posted.
  • Service order reminders alerting you when service is scheduled and when it has been completed.
